Certificate of Catholic Theology

Sacred Heart Major Seminary will offer for the first time the Certificate of Catholic Theology at two parish satellite locations in the Archdiocese of Detroit and Diocese of Lansing continuing in Winter 2015 Semester.

The purpose of the Certificate in Catholic Theology at Sacred Heart Major Seminary is to provide students with a course of study in the area of the foundations of Catholic theology. This course of study constitutes a partial fulfillment of the requirements for professional certification of lay ministers in the Archdiocese of Detroit, and it may be used as a component of the Associate of Arts in Ministry (A.A.M.) degree or the Bachelor of Arts (A.B.) degree.  Learn more.
